The Method

The Sinclair Method (TSM) offers a revolutionary approach to alcohol use disorder (AUD). Unlike abstinence-based programs, it works by taking Naltrexone (or Nalmefene), an opioid antagonist, one hour before drinking—every time you drink, as long as you drink. This medication blocks the euphoric feelings people with AUD experience when consuming alcohol. Over time, the desire to drink decreases, control over consumption is achieved, and compulsive drinking becomes a thing of the past.

Stefani specializes in the Sinclair Method (TSM), providing personalized support to transform the relationship with alcohol. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she combines personal and professional experience with empathy and effectiveness.

Through the Sinclair Method, we tackle the neurological side of addiction, gradually reducing cravings and making alcohol less appealing. At the same time, we focus on understanding your triggers, creating healthier habits, and exploring the deeper reasons behind your drinking, whether they stem from trauma, stress, or emotional challenges.
